What format are the guides in?

All Arsenal Publishing guides are delivered as PDF files. PDFs open on any device — phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop — without any special software beyond a PDF reader, which comes installed on all modern devices.

How do I receive my download after purchase?

Immediately after your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email from Arsenal Publishing with a download link. The link is valid for 30 days and allows five downloads. Check your spam folder if you do not see the email within five minutes.

What if my download link expires or I lose my file?

Contact us through the Contact page and we will send a new download link at no charge. We keep your purchase records permanently.
